In your account you can see your courses, unsubscribe and book suitable make-up lessons.

 

Credits: Adults receive 6 credits per winter subscription, children 3. Of these, 2 for adults and 1 for children can be used immediately. For further regular make-up bookings, you must first cancel your existing booking.

 

You can unsubscribe until the end of the training day. You cannot unsubscribe yourself.

 

Make-up sessions: Each booking costs 1 credit. Children can only make up sessions in explicitly approved groups.

 

Available spaces: Regularly available spaces can be booked for the next two scheduled dates. Holidays and public holidays are not included. Spaces due to cancellations and make-up weeks may become available earlier.

 

Cancellation: You can cancel make-up lessons up to 6 hours before the start with a credit refund.

 

Validity: Regular credits and bonus credits expire at the end of the season. Replacement credits due to a DTZ outage can be used without deregistration and remain valid for 60 days after the end of the season.
